Bio

New Prairie and Loss of Loved Ones

Logan joined the police force fresh out of high school in 1967 and moved to New Prairie in early 1968 with his wife, pregnant with son Nathan. In 1986, Logan found out his son Nathan had died, which caused him to become severely depressed for a year. Logan suffered additional loss in 1992 when his wife died of breast cancer.

Meeting Gravestone

In 1993, came face to face with the infamous vigilante Gravestone. While Logan hated the way Gravestone brought the criminals to justice, he couldn’t help but appreciate the work that was being done. Shortly after, the two became “partners” of sorts.

Meeting Jack Ridley

Logan had his first real venture into the world of the paranormal when a body showed up in the morgue with two strange bite marks on the neck. Needing help with the marks, Logan contacts Jack Ridley to help further the investigation.

Finding the Truth

In early 1995, Logan was held hostage by Steven Haast and a slew of his goons, including Romano Candel, Dr. Flame, and Drill Bitt. Later he found that Haast had organized the kidnapping as a way to lure Gravestone to them. When Gravestone showed up, Haast revealed Gravestone’s true identity to Logan, that of his former son. Logan and Gravestone together capture Haast, and banish Romano Candel into a small, stone statue. The statue itself vanished afterwards, though it would later be in possession of Vinnie Sportien somewhere in his warehouse.

After Candel's defeat, Logan asked Gravestone something that only his son Nathan would have known. Answering correctly, Logan knew his son was still alive. Gravestone informed him of his need to be inside the catacombs or else he’d die, which Logan accepted. The two agreed they’d remain partners in fighting crime.

Future Work and Death

Logan would help GRAVESTONE defeat numerous criminals and evil masterminds until 1999, when Steven Haast called Logan and Gravestone to the Derelli Towers. There, the three conversed and before they could do anything, Haast shot and killed Logan. Haast escaped while Gravestone rushed Logan to the hospital in hopes of saving him, however was too late.

Returning to New Prairie

Logan's body was taken from the morgue by an unknown man and he is brought back to life. For the next 4 years, Logan is slowly healed back to his former strength and in 2003 came back to New Prairie. A disbelieving Gravestone initially thought it was a trick being pulled by Steven Haast, but soon realized the truth and welcomes his father with open arms. Their time together is cut short when Damien Quidd kills Gravestone.

Return of Vampires

In 2008, vampires start returning to New Prairie and together with Jack Ridley, the two find that Damien Quidd's wife Victoria Quidd has resurrected Damien.

Promotion, Capes, and the Centennial Days

In 2012, Logan is promoted to Captain of the New Prairie Police Department.

In 2017, Logan hires Dana Deschain and Zee Young to help investigate a new series of paranormal activity that has sprung up in town.

In 2018, Logan is reunited with Gravestone when he's resurrected a few days prior to the city's Centennial Celebration.

Final Death

After years of life on the police force, Logan retired in 2020 and lived alone until dying in his sleep in 2022.
