New Prairie (Alternate)

While many stories take place in the same timeline, there is an Alternate Timeline that, from time to time, has flooded over into the main. Below are the differences between the worlds:

9600BCE

• The city of Atlantis is the home to the growing species called Vicci. Their power to rule the world causes the humans who live among them to retaliate and attempt to destroy the continent, ultimately destroying the Vicci for good. During their attempt, the island is saved from sinking by an unknown force from the stars. The Vicci destroy the remaining humans on the continent and continue to thrive for the next 10,000 years, becoming a central hub of technology and medical advancements.

1911

• SEPTEMBER:
  • 29th - Victoria Quidd goes looking for a gentleman in Philadelphia to bite; however, during an attempt to capture her, her husband Damien Quidd intervenes and is instead attacked by the mob. He is hanged and killed by the mob a short time later.

1986

• When Nathan Myers was resurrected from the dead and became Gravestone, he chose a path of evil instead of good. This new path ultimately led him to work with Victoria Quidd.

1995

• DECEMBER:
  • 31st - The Dark Killer is transported into the dimension by Jack Ridley from the main timeline.

2018

• Uncle Bob is not killed in a vehicle accident. After a scuffle, Travis from the normal timeline is accidentally pushed into the portal just before it closes.

2039

• MARCH:
  • 4th - A new virus pandemic, ARVID-39, starts taking a massive toll on the world's population, spreading quicker than expected and killing millions in the next few weeks. The disease causes a pulmonary embolism to happen within the individual, causing them to die instantly.
  • 8th - The World shuts down, attempting to stop the pandemic from spreading further due to the increasing number of deaths caused indirectly by those with the virus while operating transportation.
  • 26th - Countries start panicking, causing riots and additional deaths to happen. The World falls apart completely, leaving survivors to fend for themselves.

• JULY:
  • 11th - A lone survivor, Kip Wallace, stumbles across the ruins of New Prairie, where he finds another survivor hiding in an old gym.
