Herbert Garrison worked as a hitman who killed Mayor Judd Fonnerelli
Bio
Herbert was connected to and worked temporarily with Michael Fanucci, the infamous Chicago Mob Boss in the 80s and early 90s. After Fanucci's death in 1995, Herbert became a freelance assassin. Three years later, he was hired by Steven Haast to assassinate New Prairie’s Mayor Judd Fonnerelli. He was caught and sentenced to life in prison, where he’s still living out his term.
