Bio
Was connected to and worked temporarily with Michael FanucciI, the Chicago Mob Boss. After Fanucci's death in 1995, Herbert became a freelance assassin. Three years later he was hired by Steven Haast to assassinate New Prairie’s Mayor Judd Fonnerelli. He was caught and sentenced to life in prison where he’s still living out his term.
