History

Opened in 1987 by a Chinese immigrant named Roydon Kay who spoke only Spanish and English. It’s this characteristic that caused him to stand out among Partone's Restaurant. William Quercioli, the killer of Nathan Myers, worked at the pizza parlor for 2 years prior to admitting to the killing of Myers in 1989.

After almost 25 years in business and hardly missing a days work, Kay was stricken with an illness and bedridden. The pizzeria was closed for the first time since it's opening and remained as such for 5 days until his son Monty took over running the shop from his father and opened. Two years later, Roydon died leaving Monty the sole owner and operator.

In 2018, Talks With Cheez Pizzeria bought their first food truck and premiered it during the Centennial Day Celebration prior to the incident.

Location

Located 4 blocks west of the Derelli Towers, the pizzeria houses a small “dining area”, which consists of 2 tables with 2 chairs each. Most of the space is taken up by the large pizza oven in the kitchen and the counter for ordering the pizzas. The restaurant is located beneath Waxgirl!’s apartment.
