Joe Martin was murdered as part of the Teen Massacres of 1995.
Bio
Joe was the great nephew of Roberto Martini, the adopted father of Stewart Filcher who would go on to become the Dark Killer. While at a party, he was murdered as a result of being run over by a vehicle by the infamous Dark Killer. It's unclear if the Dark Killer knew Joe was a family member or if he assumed he to be just another teenager.
