Bloodwing is a Cape who developed his powers in the mid-90s.
Early Days
Bloodwing, born Laurence Wittke, was one of the dozen kids that Mitchell Falcone tested his Formula 626 on. The testing caused Laurence to die. His body slowly turned red while it stayed in the morgue, but after two days, he was suddenly revived. His skin was now slowly pulsating, almost as if an energy was inside him.
Run-ins with Sampson
Fellow cape Sampson was often at the top of Bloodwings hate list. The two bickered and publicly fought on more than one occasion. On September 17, 2017, Bloodwing ran into Sampson on the Southport Bridge while out patrolling the city. He wanted the money that Sampson owed him from a poker game a few months back, but when Sampson denied he owed anything, the two got into a fight, which ultimately caused numerous people to be hurt, hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage, and the temporary closure of the bridge until the city could repair it.
