Prudence Tracy is the older sister of Dominic Tracy.
Bio
Prudence got a part-time job at a library and during that time, she accidentally caused a fire that burnt down half of the building. The fire was caused while lighting a joint rolled from papers from one of the library's books. No one found out she caused the fire except for her brother Dominic who made the connection.
