Good Leverage is a short drama about a man trying to make a business deal with the infamous Vinnie Sporteino.
Plot synopsis
Late at night in 1988, a tense drug deal takes place in a commercial park between Giovani Colombo and Terrance. When Terrance refuses to buy Giovani's cocaine due to its poor quality, Giovani attempts to force his hand by revealing that he knows Terrance has been skimming money from his boss with the help of a corrupt bank manager. Terrance's boss, Vinnie Sportieno, and his enforcer, Anthony, arrive on the scene, revealing that Giovani was actually the informant who tipped off Vinnie about Terrance stealing nearly $350,000 from the organization. After criticizing Giovani for bringing his two sleeping children to a covert drug deal and having Anthony execute Terrance with a silenced gun, Vinnie offers Giovani a business partnership in exchange for his valuable information network. Vinnie warns Giovani that children should never be brought to deals or used as leverage before driving away, leaving Giovani to drive off with his young sons while nervously reassuring them that Vinnie is just "a nice man" .

Trivia
- The script for this short has been written and while production started, it never got beyond planning and is currently sitting as unproduced.
- The intention of this script was to find new ways to build on the world created for To Tom Cortini in a way that Meatball Assasino did.
- This would have been the first time since the original 2003 film that Jeff Bell and Bryan Boyer would have played their original characters (Vinnie and Anthony, respectively).
