James Anderton was a scientist who helped develop Formula 627 with James Anderton and as a young man, was the killer of Anthony Zuitco, Jr's parents.
Bio
Early Life & Queens (1949–1968)
Abandoned at the age of three, James was raised in an orphanage from 1949 until 1952, when he ran away. From 1952 to 1969, he resided on his own in Queens, New York. During his youth on the streets, he met and befriended Janine Foxx, with whom he shared a long-standing dream of relocating to the West Coast.
By the early 1960s, James and Janine temporarily lost contact. Living on his own, James fell into petty crime and was arrested numerous times.
Criminal Ties & The Zuitco Murders (1969)
In 1969, James was hired by mob figure Vinnie Sporteino to execute Anthony Zuitco, Sr and Francesca Zuitco. James successfully carried out the hit, unaware that the couple's young son, Anthony Zuitco, Jr., had survived the attack.
Shortly after the murders, James was arrested on unrelated charges. Under police interrogation, he confessed the location of Vinnie Sporteino's main headquarters in Brooklyn, after which he was released from custody.
Relocation & Raising Jackson (1969–1980s)
Upon exiting the police station following his release, James unexpectedly reunited with Janine Foxx. Janine revealed she had been on her own for nearly seven years raising her young son, Jackson. Deciding to fulfill their childhood dream, James, Janine, and Jackson left New York and relocated to Seattle, Washington, where they shared a home.
Three years after moving to Seattle, Janine died of a drug overdose. James willingly took on the role of a father figure, raising Jackson as his own. Jackson eventually moved out in the early 1980s to establish his independent life in Seattle, though he and James maintained close contact.
Academic Career & Secret Research
During the late 1970s and 1980s, James pursued higher education, eventually earning a degree in science. Over the course of his academic career, he received numerous awards for ground-breaking scientific discoveries and was published in several prominent scientific journals.
Throughout this period, James shared stories with Jackson about his youth in Brooklyn working for Sporteino. He also revealed that he had maintained secret contact with Flamenco T. Chille, collaborating with him to develop a specialized scientific formula.
Death & Legacy
In 1995, Anthony Zuitco, Jr. discovered the truth regarding the 1969 murder of his parents and tracked James down to his home in Seattle. Zuitco confronted James, brutally beating and shooting him before setting the residence on fire. Incapacitated by his injuries, James was unable to escape and died in the blaze.
His remains were buried in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Seattle, Washington, beside Janine Foxx.
