Isabella Koontz was one of the victims of Victoria Quidd's new regime.
Bio
Became friends with Marette Stewart and Lillian Cook in 2001 after her first day of school. Attended UW-Milwaukee for nursing. Was murdered in 2008 by a vampire working for Victoria and Damien Quidd.
Due to the chemical makeup of her body, she did not become a vampire upon being bitten and drained of blood by the vampire.
