Renowned as one of the city's most popular eateries, the establishment serves as a prominent social crossroad connecting numerous New Prairie residents.

Partone's operates a distinct dual-concept layout:
- Partone's Restaurante (Main Dining Room): Facing the main downtown avenue, the front entrance welcomes sit-down guests into a traditional, candle-lit dining room popular for dates, family gatherings, and milestone moments.
- Partone's Pizzeria (Side & Delivery Hub): Located around the side of the building with dedicated alleyway and parking access, this section houses the high-heat stone pizza ovens, carryout counter, and active delivery driver dispatch.
History & Lore
- Early 1980s: When Vinnie Sporteino first arrived in New Prairie from New York, he frequented the restaurant and met waitress Maggie Loveland. The two fell in love and married, giving the restaurant a lasting sentimental significance to Vinnie throughout his life.
