Bio
Meeting Leon
After graduating from high school, Hillary worked various odd jobs around New Prairie before moving to Chicago in 1984. While in the city, she met Leon Portman in 1986, who proposed to her in 1988. Hillary responded that she wouldn't accept until he proved he was serious. Four days later, he proved his love, and she accepted. They married in 1989.
Job at Hazdon Industries
Hillary and Leon moved back to New Prairie in 1990, where she got a job at Hazdon Industries as the secretary to Jack Rupert, the co-owner and head of Hazdon. While working there, she became good friends with both Jack and the head Technical Consultant Simon Sinclaire.
Pregnant and Death
In late 1994, Hillary discovered she was pregnant with a baby girl, due to be born in the spring of 1995. However, after working late one evening, Hillary was murdered by Mitchell Falcone in the Hazdon parking lot. Her body was found by Jack and Simon as they were leaving to go home.
Hillary was buried in Oak Park Cemetery a week later by her grief-stricken husband and older sister Bobbie. It wasn't until the following year that her killer was caught and killed for his crime.
