Rocco Bellini is the eldest brother of Carlo, Sonny and Teresa Bellini.
Bio
Life in New York
Rocco lived in Brooklyn until he was 18, then moved into an apartment in Greenwich Village, where he stayed until the mid-'70s. After his younger brother Sonny disappeared from the city, everyone from cops to bookies started hassling Rocco, demanding he tell them where Sonny was. However, since Sonny hadn't told him where he went, Rocco kept admitting that he was just as confused about Sonny's whereabouts as they were. That still didn't stop the occasional beat-down from happening.
Finding Sonny
The threats and harassment escalated to the point where Rocco’s apartment building was burned to the ground by an unknown former acquaintance of Sonny's, all in an attempt to send a message. As he stood watching his apartment and belongings burn, the decision to find his brother became all he could do moving forward. After a few months of leads and searching, Rocco arrived in New Prairie.
Upon his arrival, Rocco had his only meeting with Vinnie Sporteino and explained the hardships and struggles he had endured all because of his brother. Vinnie reassured him that, from now on, he would be safe and protected from any of those searching for Sonny. Later that day, he moved into a fully furnished apartment, rent-free for as long as he needed.
A short time later, he met a woman named Amanda Broks whom he fell instantly in love with. Seven months later, they married, and six months after that, Amanda gave birth to their only daughter, Kirsten Bellini. Rocco (presumably) outlived his brother Sonny but died of heart disease in 2002.
