Jeff Filcher was a student from New Prairie High who was murdered as part of the Teen Massacres of 1995.
Bio
Jeff's mother died during childbirth, leaving just him and his father together. At the age of 3, his father abandoned him at a local orphanage. Shortly afterwards, Jeff was adopted and moved in with his new family. In 1985, his foster parents moved to New Prairie for work.
Jeff was very reclusive during his time in school, only befriending a few people. On September 2, 1995 Jeff went out to a party (something he didn't do often) located in The Hollow where he became face to face with The Dark Killer and was hanged. The police report claimed he committed suicide as there was no evidence of any struggle.
Dark Killer Connections
While most of the information about Jeff's biological parents, he does share the same last name as Stewart Filcher, the person who became The Dark Killer. His birth in Pennsylvania could be connected to a distant relative of the original Filcher family.
