Richard Barnes is a Memdect (a Memory Detective) who was a brief partner of Castor Harris.
Bio
Agent Barnes started working as a Memdect sometime in the late 2070s. A few years after he began, he started forming friendships with a group of individuals within the agency who had secret agendas. His "boss" was only known as Agent Thurguy.
In early 2084, Barnes became the partner of Castor Harris but kept his connections with the secret agency to himself.
In November of that year, Barnes killed Matt Michaels when he found Barnes making a deal with Don Bellini for a new drug to help destroy the memories of murdered victims. Michaels' death caused Agent Harris to arrive and investigate. Harris eventually realized Barnes had murdered Michaels, but was immediately killed in return before being able to get a hold of authorities.
