During the initial police investigation of the murders, police were not aware of her death. It wasn't until 2 weeks after the first killings at the [[Martini Farm]] that a farmer found a body lying in his field one afternoon while out cultivating. It is unknown why exactly Liz’s body was found so far away from the rest of teen’s. [[Sarah Cole]] herself can’t explain it either; she reported last seeing Liz going to one of the sheds with [[Catherine Hicks]] on the night of the murders.
