Bio
Meeting Karri
In 1993, Matt met Karri Foster during a blind date. Dated for almost 2 years before becoming engaged to one another in the winter of 1994.
Bank Robbery
On January 1st, 1995, Matt and Karri were hired to rob the Stewart Savings & Loan Bank. A week later, Karri acquired a job at the bank and started to learn the layout and the daily operations.
In early July, Karri and Matt planned to do the robbery, but instead were held hostage at the bank when Eugene Niron attempted to rob it. A few hours later, Karri made a phone call to their boss and explained that someone had beat them to the punch. Their boss told her to do it anyway and that they needed to complete the robbery.
A short time later, the two attempt to complete their robbery of the bank, however their bickering causes a small rift between themselves and Eugene, who doesn’t like that someone else is imposing on the robbery. Eugene fired at the two, wounding both them.
Rhenderelli and Jail Time
Afterwards, they were arrested for attempted robbery and taken to Rhenderelli Asylum to undergo treatment for their wounds. 6 months later they are released and soon after trialed for their crime, to which they were sentenced 5 years in jail for. They’re released a year early for good behavior.
