J.P. Derelli was a multi-millionaire who owned and operated the numerous branches of JP Loans as well as the financial backer of The Derelli Towers.
Bio
J.P. Derelli made his first million by opening a Loan Office which housed to anyone no matter how much money or possessions they had. Over the next 10 years, opened 35 more branches of JP Loans across the eastern seaboard. Moved to New Prairie after the great fire of 1976 to help fund and rebuild the city.
Part of the rebuilding process included two giant towers that were to be built at the fire's origin. The buildings would go on to be the core of New Prairie's new commercial district. The East Tower housed the main office of his Midwestern branch. While rebuilding, JP made special high security vaults hidden under basements throughout the town, where he’d later hide his most precious valuables.
From 1980 until his death, he opened 55 more branches across the country until he died in 1993 of a heart attack.
